For your convenience, our internet shopping system is equipped with a memory system. This means that you don't have to send your order immediately, but instead you can shop during a few days, completing your order one by one. The SimKits shop will keep your unfinished order in its memory.
When you are a registered user, your address details are always perfect and you have to enter them only once. These details are then used for shipping. We do not keep your credit card details on file! The credit card details are only given at the time of finalisation of your complete order and are very secure handled by Bibit, and international, wellknown Internet Payment Handling system (www.bibit.com). After registration, you can - if you wish - add items to your order at any convenient time and use the shopping cart to calculate your order so far. Because you are registered and the system knows your address (and country) it even calculates the shipping costs for (up to your choice) UPS or TNT (first class mail). SimKits remembers your order list and you can change it any time before checking out. The contents of your shopping cart is made visible immediately when you have logged in with your username and password, including shipping costs and eventual taxes. Privacy: SimKits will never pass on your address details to any third party! Important Notice. Please read this first! In order for our shopping system to keep track of your orders, our system has to write a so-called "Cookies" on your PC. This is a normalized way not to "loose" you while shopping. Cookies are used by all Internet Shops- like Amazon and Ebay - on the internet and will do no harm at your computer. We cannot use the Cookie to run a program or whatsoever on your PC and it is not being considered as a virus by any virus detecting program. A cookie is completely harmless. However, if you set you browser to the very highest security level, nothing can be written on your computer by a remote system like ours, indeed not even a Cookie. In this case, you cannot use our shop system. You cannot log in, you do not receive a password Sometimes, people have multiple email addresses. Needless to say, that the correct email addres has to be used as username, otherwise the system will not recognize you! We have noticed that VERIZON sometimes blocks our emails. When you do not receive your password within a few minutes, it is almost sure that your email provider used a whitelist or another mechanism to "filter" emails. Please ask your email provider to put us on their whitelist, otherwise all emails from us will be blocked and you cannot purchase any products!
